The care I received was second to none from all the team. People listened to my concerns and helped reassure me with information, answers and advise. It is not somewhere you want to be but it was necessary to be here and I wouldn't have felt more secure and comfortable.

Having friendly staff keeps posertive. Did not like the way the ambulance crew treated me, he was not understanding the pain I was in I'm disabled an said I can't do stairs he said yes you can an my uncle to push me up the stairs.
